Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value.
All customization—including printing and embroidery—is handled in-house at our workshop in Belgium.
When will I get my order?
Once you place your order, our team begins working diligently to prepare your items for shipment, a process that typically takes between 1 day to 4 weeks, depending on the product type and order volume. We take pride in our efficiency, dispatching orders the very same business day they are completed and sending a confirmation email with all the necessary details as soon as your package is on its way. Please keep in mind that delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Alternatively, if you have selected self-pickup, we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection at our location during standard business hours.

Return & Refund policy
