What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of artistic and custom decorated merchandise featuring various styles! This includes t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, tote bags, creative prints and more!
However, we're constantly expanding our collection, so check back often for new designs!
How do I place an order?
Ordering online at artaper.com is both easy and secure. You can locate any item we sell on our website using the 'Product Search' feature located in the right side of the header menu. Additionally, categories and subcategories are located in the header menu for easy product navigation. Upon choosing the product, click on 'Add to bag'. This will trigger a drawer to open on the right side of the webpage, showcasing your selected items. Here, you can change the quantity of the product if you wish so. From this step, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. After finishing shopping, click the 'Bag Icon' at the top-right to view selections. When satisfied, press 'Secure Checkout' to finish the purchase. You may also choose express checkout options with Paypal or Google Pay for quick purchases. Or proceed with other payment options.
Note: Please confirm that the address on Paypal and Google Pay matches your shipping address. Orders can only be fulfilled to the registered address on Paypal and Google Pay. In case of facing any issues or need any assistance please reach out to us via email or phone.

Do you offer custom products?
We do offer custom (decorated/printed) merchandises which enables customers to personalize their own items! This includes custom printed t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, tote bags, bottles and more!

Where do you source your artwork?
Our Royalty Program provides an open platform for visual artists to submit their artwork and earn royalties by showcasing their creations on our products. We collaborate with a diverse range of talented artists, both established and emerging.
Do the artists profit from your sales?
Absolutely! We're committed to supporting artists and ensuring they benefit from every purchase made at Artaper.
SHIPPING & EXCHANGE
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You'll see the exact cost calculated at checkout.
How do I track an order?
After the order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to every customer. Then you can track the order by visiting the carrier's official website for online tracking (UPS :ups.com| DHL :dhl.com) or you can check out our dedicated Track your order page.
How long does shipping take?
All orders sent out within 24-48 hours, depending on order volume. Once shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number.

RETURN & REFUND
What Can Be Returned?
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order.
This includes: - Apparel/Clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts etc.) - Accessories (bags, bottles etc.) - Items purchased within 15 days. - Any other readymade artistic merchandise listed on our website.
Please note: - For returns, ensure to include both the purchase invoice and the original packaging. - We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What Can't Be Returned?
This includes: - Items that are worn, washed, or damaged. - Items purchased after 15 days. - Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless marked otherwise). - Personalized or customized items.
Please note: Our Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of our goods and services. In no event will Artaper be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will assess their original condition and notify you via email. Subsequently, the approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated. If approved, a refund will be issued, deducting shipping costs, within 2-5 business days.
Please note: Refunds are not available for returns received later than 30 days after purchasing of the item(s)!

Will I get a return label to return the product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels or compensation as a refund for returning the shipments. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error we made (e.g., an incorrect item shipped, lost shipment etc.)

What are your hours of operation?
We operate during regular business hours from 9.00am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday. All queries, information, and orders received on Weekends and Holidays are responded to on the following business day.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we don't have any physical store. However, our office and studio are located at the following address:
