We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. At Artaper, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. This policy outlines our return, exchange and refund process for your peace of mind.

What Can Be Returned?

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order.

This includes:
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts etc.)
- Accessories (bags, bottles etc.)
- Items purchased within 15 days.
- Any other readymade artistic merchandise listed on our website.

What Can't Be Returned?

This includes:
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items purchased after 15 days.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless marked otherwise).
- Personalized or customized items.

Please note: Refunds are not available for returns received later than 30 days after purchasing of the item(s)!

How to Initiate Returns?

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and returning the item(s) to the address provided. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

How to Initiate Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges at this time. However, you can simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item.

How we Initiate Refunds?

- Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will assess their original condition and notify you via email. Subsequently, we will communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be immediately issued, deducting original shipping costs, within 2-5 business days.

- Shipping costs for the return are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. (e.g., incorrect item shipped, etc.)

Please Note:

- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
