Shipping Policy

We ship to over 100 countries. All orders are processed and shipped from Europe using UPS and DHL services. FREE standard shipping is available for EU countries with a total order value above €100.
Express service is charged globally, along with standard shipping for other countries. Additional duty and import taxes may apply for shipments outside EU countries.

Note: 
- Ensure accurate address and contact details are provided at checkout for efficient delivery.
- For express and next day deliveries, the receiver's signature may be necessary upon arrival.
- Every shipping cost is subject to local taxes and set flat rates agreed upon by the corresponding shipping companies. No profit is intentionally earned from this!
- Our store operates using EURO(€) as the primary currency, with additional payment options in USD($) and British Pound(£).

Fast, Easy and Convenient Service

Upon order placement, we process and send the order out within 24-48 hours, depending on order volume. Once shipped, an email with the tracking number will be provided. Delivery timelines depend on your location and warehouse inventory. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks for available items and 2-5 weeks for pre-order items.

- Allow 1-2 business days for express deliveries within Europe.

- Allow 2-5 business days for standard deliveries within Europe.

- Allow 2-5 business days for express deliveries Internationally.

- Allow 5-15 business days for standard deliveries Internationally.

In some cases, delivery can take longer than usual. Factors that can impact shipping times are slow postal services, address corrections, remote location, customs delays, and weather-related disruptions. Our objective is to ensure prompt order dispatch and communicate any notable delays.

Delivery for Holidays and Special Occasions

When considering presenting our products as a gift for a holiday or any special occasion, placing your order sufficiently early to guarantee prompt delivery is advisable. We cannot assume liability for items not reaching their destination by the specified date.

Specify your personalized note in the order instructions. To receive items in gift wraps with a personalized note, choose the add-on option in your cart. Additional charges may apply for special packaging.

Delayed and Missing Delivery

DELAY - Shipping delays may be influenced by slow postal services, address corrections, remote location, customs delays, and weather-related disruptions. Our objective is to ensure timely dispatch orders and communicate any notable delays. When faced with an unusual delay in the transition period, contact the shipping company's customer service directly with your tracking number.

MISSING DELIVERY - In the event of a missed or unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the shipping company to collect the shipment from the nearest access point for self-collection or request a rescheduled delivery at a preferred date and time.

LOST SHIPMENT - In the event of a lost or undelivered shipment by the shipping company, kindly reach out to us. We'll make every effort to reclaim your shipment through communication with the shipping company, or else issue a full refund.

Duty and Taxes

We'll cover all taxes and duties for the shipments within EU countries.

Countries outside EU might apply customs fees or import taxes. We do not assume liability for any supplementary fees imposed by your country. For queries or apprehensions concerning customs fees or import taxes, kindly reach out to your local customs office.

Shipping Incoterms

All orders are shipped with the INCOTERMS (International commercial terms) as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Orders within EU countries are often processed as DDP shipments, with orders from other parts of the world usually treated as DDU shipments.
